Standard warranty terms for all City Cab electric vehicles, batteries and components. Three-year vehicle warranty backed by Bright Autozone Pvt Ltd.
Every City Cab vehicle manufactured by Bright Autozone Private Limited is supplied with the following standard warranty, effective from the date of delivery (the "Warranty Period"):
Vehicle (frame, body and electricals): 3 years or 60,000 km, whichever comes first.
Lithium-ion battery pack: 3 years or 60,000 km, whichever comes first.
Lead-acid battery pack: 1 year (subject to model).
Motor and controller: 3 years or 60,000 km, whichever comes first.
Charger: 1 year.
Exact warranty terms applicable to your vehicle are stated on the warranty card supplied with the vehicle at the time of delivery. In case of any conflict, the warranty card prevails.

To keep the warranty valid, you must follow the periodic service schedule specified in the owner's manual. Skipping required services may result in voiding of warranty.
Lithium-ion batteries are warranted against premature capacity loss. A battery will be considered defective if its measured capacity falls below 70% of rated capacity within the Warranty Period, under normal charging and operating conditions.
We reserve the right to repair, replace, or refund (at our discretion) any component covered under warranty. Replaced parts become the property of Bright Autozone. Replacement parts may be new or factory-refurbished and carry the remainder of the original warranty.
The warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser whose details are recorded on the warranty card and on our service records.
This warranty is in addition to, and does not affect, the statutory rights available to consumers under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019 and any other applicable laws of India.
For any dispute relating to warranty claims, please first approach our Grievance Officer. If unresolved, you may approach the appropriate Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.
